Delivery & Returns

Shipping times vary by manufacturer, and estimates are provided on each luxury ceiling light product page. UK orders ship free, while international rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship worldwide, including to Italy, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Ireland. All orders are fully insured against accidents while in transit.

You can return your pendant lights within 30 days for an exchange or refund on most brands, excluding the original shipping cost. Any designer ceiling lights being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. We do not offer returns on made-to-order, non-standard, customised or special-order fixtures.
