Refund policy
RETURNS
Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at Luxury Lighting Boutique.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return your goods within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, although this excludes the original cost of delivery. This is under the condition that the products are returned complete, in new condition, unused and with the original packaging.
Please note this does not apply to our made to order, non-standard, customized or special order products.

FAULTS OR MISSING PARTS
Whilst our quality control checks are performed prior to dispatch, on rare occasions a product may be found to have a fault.
Faults are where the product is not fit for its intended purpose. (If your item is found to be damaged on delivery, please refer to our damaged section).
Please kindly contact us, and be as clear as possible as to the issue and provide multiple images to assist. We will then liaise with the manufacturer or supplier to get replacement or missing parts dispatched to you as soon as possible.
Where possible we will send a lighting repair specialist to resolve your issue. When this is not possible, we will arrange for collection of the faulty product and a replacement item to be sent.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We do checks before to shipping to make sure the quality of your purchase is in perfect shape. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally happen while being transported.
We ask that packages be examined upon delivery, and that any damages be reported to the delivery service. Additionally, if at all feasible, we advise signing for the things as damaged.
We understand that damages can't always be spotted in full at the point of delivery, so we allow a further 24hrs to notify us of any noticed damages.
Please fill out our returns form so that we can help you if the damage is discovered within this time frame but has not yet been returned with the delivery driver.
Where feasible we will work with you on a solution. Be it sending a furniture repair specialist to repair your item on site. a prorated refund or to schedule the free pickup of damaged goods. Once we have received the returned item, a replacement (stock dependent) will be arranged at our expense.
Whilst it is rare for damages to occur, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in working with us to help get a successful outcome for our customers.
Please note that damage reported outside of the 24hr period following delivery will be unable to be investigate/resolve.
CANCELLATIONS
If you live in the UK, you have 14 days to cancel your order under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
'Made To Order' and customised items are not covered by this right to cancel. 14 days after the day the items are delivered to the delivery address of your choice, the period comes to an end.
When orders have already been shipped, this is applicable. Please refer to our return policy for orders placed after the 14-day grace period.
Please be aware that refunds for cancellations made after items have been booked or shipped will have a fee subtracted from them to cover lost costs incurred by our logistics providers.
RETURNING GOODS
Before you proceed, please sure that you have completed our returns form and have your return acknowledged before proceeding. Items returned without a returns form filled out or approved won't be processed.
Customers must arrange and pay for third-party courier services as needed, and they must return things to Luxury Lighting Boutique in their original, unused, undamaged condition.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item being received or cancelled.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment only.
You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Please note, that depending on your financial institute, the time taken for the refunded amount to reach your account can vary and this is something that we are unable to control. generally refunds are received within 2-3 days of processing.
