Delivery & Returns

We ship lantern designs worldwide, offering free UK mainland delivery, while our system calculates international rates at checkout.

You can return your lantern order within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Some of our lighting designers require a restocking fee. However, we can’t accept returns on custom-made lighting or Eichholtz lanterns.
